A lifetime of practice and teaching
Originally from Mauritius, Damien developed his martial arts background through karate, aikido and kickboxing before refining his Wing Chun under Grand Master William Cheung. He went on to work as Operations Manager and Chief Instructor at the Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association headquarters in Melbourne.
His teaching has taken him to international audiences and people from varied walks of life, including school groups, healthcare professionals, police and security personnel. Across these settings, he combines practical skill development with a belief in helping people recognise what they can achieve.
